The snow gods were generous for this holiday season. On top of record snowfall we had sunny days with warmer temperatures in the alpine. We are seeing lots of activity with the preparations for 2010 which is only weeks away. 2010 of course being synonymous with the Olympic games in Vancouver with Whistler as a host venue.
Interest rates are still at record lows and the real estate market has many affordbale opportunities for all investors. Excellent rental income is in place for February or there is still stime to buy and enjoy the Olympics in your new whistler home!
